Sealcoating

Our Sealants are Asphalt based, Polymer modified master sealed, mixed with proper additives to insure durability against high traffic.  Sealant is installed using 2 to 3 subsequent coats, pending existing surface condition.

 

Linestriping

Our Linestriping is done after hours. Most Commercial work requests the following: Curbins, Stop Bars, Hash Marks, Fire Lanes, No Parking, some Bumps, Regular Parking Spaces, Handicap Spaces, some Handicap Poles and Bottoms of Tall Light Poles.
Colors used: White, Yellow and Blue. Sometimes if there's something that needs to be corrected or taken out we apply Blackout Paint.
We use VDOT standard Paint for Durability. Lines are at least 4' in width and have all Stencils needed. Once applied, Linestriping is usually good for one year unless there is High Traffic. All Striping to ADA specifications.
